Hi, I'm Shashank Mandani, founder and owner of CUKU Cafe & Bakehaus. My journey began in the kitchens of renowned 5-star hotels, where I worked as a pastry chef, learning the art of precision, creativity, and passion. Yet, beyond the luxury kitchens and fine plates, I always carried a simple dream—to create a café where people could pause, connect, and create memories.
On 4th May 2024, that dream came to life with the opening of our very first café.
Cuku is more than just a café—it's a feeling. Designed with a boho soul and aesthetic charm, every corner of our space tells a different story. Whether you're here for a quiet coffee, a heartfelt conversation, or a sweet indulgence, we want each visit to feel warm, personal, and unforgettable.
